  4. Now add the fried pieces of bread into the mik and mix. Mash little bit. Keep the flame slow and put mashed banana. Mix all well. Cook at slow flame till thickening starts, colour changes, a nice aroma comes and halwa leaves the pan.
  5. At this point add a tbsp of ghee and mix. Add the roasted dry fruits, kishmish, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Mix all very well.
  6. Banana bread halwa is ready.... You can serve it warm or even after it comes to room temperature. It tastes yum...
